I'd walk into a living room and notice a football scarf on the sofa. I'd ask about the team. I'd listen — genuinely listen — sometimes for fifteen minutes before business ever came up. By the time it did, I wasn't a salesman anymore. I was someone they trusted.

The close was almost always straightforward after that. That's the philosophy I've brought to Apex Reactivation. When I speak to a clinic owner, I'm not thinking about the pitch. I'm thinking about their practice, their patients, their challenges. I want to understand your business before I ever suggest how I can help it. I'm not a Silicon Valley startup. I'm not a marketing agency with a slick deck and a retainer model.
